After one year of business consulting, I noticed a pattern with most of my clients. Though they would come in with specific requests like social media help, writing a business plan or needed to acquire more customers to make more revenue, that usually wasn’t the root cause of the problem.

There were only one, two or three root causes that I was able to pinpoint: issues with self-confidence, issues with habits/consistency and/or issues with a lack of or very weak processes and systems.

From there, I connected those issues to books that I found to be solid foundational texts on each issue and the P.R.O.s were born!
