What services do you offer?

We offer online education, accelerated bootcamps, limited group cohorts, public and private workshops/trainings, limited executive advisory services that assist with organizational growth and development of for-profit and nonprofit entities.

How do I get started?

All services require the completion of a CLEAR Systems™️ Placement Assessment. Once completed, your organization will be invited to partake in the services that it eligible for based on its results.

Why is an Assessment required?

After several years of consulting hundreds of organizations, it was clear that both the client and the consultant need to be clear about where the organization is in its growth journey, why it is in the stage that it is in and what it will take to get it to the desired stage. It is also crucial to note that scaling is the goal of most organizations but it can occur too early and cause stagnation, and in some cases, total failure. Intentional Professionals takes this seriously and chooses to approach client work with this in mind along with a system that is accessible, efficient and effective..

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All education and coaching sessions are held virtually, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Advisory services are available in-person, virtually or hybrid.

How often do sessions take place?

Frequency of sessions will vary depending on the type of service and the associated goals. Frequency can be between weekly. bi-weekly and monthly.
